Nay attended to fix said leak in our en-suite, completed a thorough plumbing inspection, replaced a few ageing components, and at a later date returned to install a water filter, clear a blocked drain and gutter, and complete a few smaller jobs. Throughout the process, I was shown and provided with quotes before any additional work was carried out, so I never felt pressured. Although the second booking ran a few hours late due to an earlier job, communication was excellent. I received proactive text updates with revised arrival times, and Caiden directly contacted me in advance to explain the delay and check times still suited me before coming out himself to get started while Nay was held up.
